1)  For areas out of our free delivery coverage, a minimum fee beginning from RM15.00 will be charged, based on distance.

2) Any orders for deliveries within the Klang Valley must be received at least 24 hours before the time of delivery
3) Outstation orders must be placed at least 48 hours before the time of delivery.
4) Kindly allow us a lead time of 72 hours for delivery of Flowers or Hampers during festive season and Public holiday.
eg:Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Deepavali, Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Christmas & Chinese New Year

Re-direction and Cancellation of Orders
Please take note that a fee of RM15.00 will be charged for redirection of orders and 50% of selling price will be charged for Cancellation of Order one day before delivery date.

No cancellation is allowed on the day of delivery.

3) In the event that flowers or products are not available during the time of order, Hummingbird Florist reserves the right to substitute your orders with equal or higher value.
